Snezhana Pavlova is a project manager in the field of culture and art, with extensive practical experience in public communication and strong skills in interpersonal influence within an international environment. Over the past 10 years, Snezhana has worked with ministries, private and governmental organizations, embassies, international associations, and foundations, continuously seeking innovative approaches to talent and human resource management. She organizes events and trainings that foster cultural identity, build social presence, and shape lifestyle. As the founder of I-dea – Center for Social and Emotional Learning, her focus is on creating training modules and programs that apply effective, practice-oriented communication in social dialogue. According to Mrs. Pavlova, the psychology of success is a combination of many components often rooted in our subconscious. Holding a Master’s degree in Management Psychology, a Master’s in International Trade, and Bachelor’s degrees in English Philology, Philosophy, and German Studies, Snezhana is a woman with an active entrepreneurial spirit and innovative ideas — an enthusiast and a traveler at heart.
